I love this map so much. This was one of the first maps I’d ever seen that broke away from traditional Eurocentrism, broke away from Europe up top and everywhere-else left underneath. And it’s a real, historical map!
I’ve had the luxury of whittling away at this metropolis over the course of almost a year, while we were wrapping up a long 3 year campaign and then took a season off for a break. Any artistic project is only possible by breaking down a big task into 1,000 smaller tasks…and then doing them!
